47, of Phoenix and St George, Utah passed away Aug 3, 1988. Steve was self employed in the St George area for 15 years, where he had many friends. He grew up in Phoenix with his large family after having been born in Detroit, Michigan on March 24, 1951. Jay Steven was a courageous, independent person who touched many people with his generous uplifting personality and will be remembered fondly by those that knew and loved him.
