In memory of Dennis O'Brien Chapman, who died on July 21, 2013 at his home in Fairbanks, AK, where he lived for the last 8 years. He was born in Merced, CA, December 2, 1950 to Jack and Norma Chapman. He is preceded in death by his son Sean (2005) and father Jack (2009). He is survived by his wife Lauralie, mother Norma, daughters Shannon, Kelly and Jenny, grandson Jesse, granddaughter Leslie, and his sister Denise Dyer-Polisano (Dennis). He loved the outdoors and hunting and fishing wherever he lived. He moved to Phoenix in 1961, graduated West High School, then worked at Honeywell for 19 years. Several years ago he moved to Wyoming, where he met his wife while working at Jackson Lake Lodge. They moved to Ketchikan to work at a fishing lodge, then to Fairbanks, where he worked at a gold mine till symptoms from the brain disease that took his life made it impossible to work. He will be missed by family & friends.
