50th Reunion

October 18—19, 2019

 *REUNION REGISTRATION FEE:  $42 per person  covers both the

Meet & Greet on Friday Oct.18th (food and beverage on your own) as well as

the Saturday, Oct. 19th Reunion Reception, Dinner, Program and Dancing

Last day to register for the Reunion Oct. 1, 2019

Attendees will be responsible for all other meals and/or beverages during the weekend.

No OUTSIDE food or drink may be brought into the Resort.


RESORT RESERVATIONS:  $151.00 per night,

  • “Run of the House” room. 
  • • Room rate is $129 a night plus required taxes and gratuities. 
  • • Rates apply ONLY while supply lasts, 
  • • Resort WILL NOT accept reservations after Oct. 1st.. 
  • • Mention West High Reunion to get group rate.

Resort Room Refund Policy: 

  • Full refund if cancelled on or before September 17th.
  • Between Sep 18th--Oct 8th, 1 night deposit forfeited.
  • Cancel on or after Oct 9th, entire stay will be charged

WEST HIGH TOUR: (Metro Tech) Fri. Oct. 18th

  • Tours will start at 10am 
  • Park in the student parking lot off Thomas
  • Tours will meet at the Thomas Road entrance                                                                                  

FRIDAY MEET & GREET: Friday, Oct 18th

  • Meet fellow Thunderbirds in Red's Patio
  • Dress is Resort Casual
  • (at The Wigwam Resort)  from 5pm-7pm 
  • Mexican Buffet will be available for $15 each (includs tax & tip)
  • Area will be closed to the public during those hours.


  • 4:00--6:00 pm Reception on Litchfield Lawn at Wigwam Resort. 
  • Litchfield Lawn will be reserved from 10am-6pm for our exclusive use
  • 4:30--6:00 pm Registration begins in front of the Wigwam Room
  • 6:00 pm Total Classmates Photo taken in the Wigwam Room
  • 6:30 pm Dinner and program will begin in the Resort's Wigwam Ballroom.
  • Dress is Business Casual
  • Saturday dinner includes coffee, tea, tip and tax. 
  • All sodas, liquor or bottled water will incur an additional charge.
